Return policy
Case I: If the received product has a manufacturing defect, The Mads Store will offer a refund or replacement. You’ll need to provide proof, such as an unboxing video or images of the defective product.

Case II: The Mads Store does not offer exchanges. If a customer wants to exchange a product, they must place a new order. To return the original product, use the customer support by contacting us via mail address themadssstore@gmail.com 

ReturnsThe Mads Store is not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses that result in lost or misdirected packages. If packages are returned to us for any reason and need to be reshipped there the seller must the cost of the re-shipment. Size exchanges or general returns/exchanges are not the responsibility of The Mads Store and sellers must resubmit and pay for this type of order.


Refunds: Refunds are only issued in cases of defective products or errors on our part. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with video proof, if you encounter any issues.

Order Cancellations: Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled. We may cancel orders at our discretion for reasons such as payment failure, violation of these Terms, or suspected fraud.

Lost or Damaged Packages: The order value should be greater than or equal to the invoice value. If the package is lost or damaged in transit, we can only provide compensation based on the order value, as that is the amount we can claim.
